Renters on the hook in High River after flood

Some High River renters could be left high and dry because of the flood.
One landlord tells The Calgary Sun because of government criteria for small business financial aid, she may not be able to make the fixes to the home she and her husband rented to a family of five.
Heather Meszaros says the property doesn’t generate enough revenue to qualify for the money, because it doesn’t account for 20 per cent of her gross income.
That makes it very tough to afford the $60,000 in needed repairs.
She says there are dozens of other rental homes in the same situation.
