New documents are providing more insight into the criminal life of admitted gang member and confessed killer, Hans Eastgaard.
A 217-page report by a senior Calgary homicide detective says Eastgaard was paid cash to murder rival gang members.
The pages say Eastgaard was given $10,000 to gun down Kevin Anaya in August of 2008.
The documents also detail his early start into the criminal life, meeting fellow gang members in high school.
Eastgaard struck an immunity deal for his role in several shootings in exchange for testimony against fellow fob members, and won’t spend time in jail.
