Redford in India for trade mission

Alberta Premier Alison Redford is in India for the early part of January for a trade mission.
On Saturday, Redford discussed her attendance at a three-day conference known as Petro-Tech.
“An important trade mission and trade fair for oil and gas and resource development, both ways, between Alberta and India and then back from India to Alberta,” Redford said.
It’s the largest trade mission to India for the province to date, with more than 20 Alberta companies attending.
“I’m looking forward to three very good days of meetings before we move on to Bangalore and to Mumbai to look at I-T and research and development,” she said.
Redford spent some of her first day of the mission visiting the Taj Mahal.
