A new report says C-section babies are more 25 per cent more likely to be obese as adults to compared to children born naturally.
Researchers studied babies and their adult body mass index results in 15 countries around the world.
The results could be due to the fact that bigger babies are often born by C-section.
The number of C-sections have doubled in some countries in the past 30 years, and now one in four babies are born this way.
The increase could help explain the current obesity epidemic.
