Preparations for 2016 Olympics in Rio in bad shape

The Vice President of the International Olympic Committee says delayed preparations for the 2016 games in Rio de Janeiro is the worst he’s experienced.
John Coates has made six official trips to Brazil and says they are in worse shape than Greek organizers were in preparing for the 2004 Olympics.
Despite the heavy criticism, there’s no back up plan, and the games will go ahead as planned.
The IOC has formed a special task force to try and speed up preparations.
Brazil is also in hot water with football’s governing body, FIFA, for long delays in constructing stadiums for the world cup, happening in June.
