A Calgary man who caused some tense moments at the Stand-up for Israel rally Wednesday, when two airsoft guns were found in his backpack, has now been charged by police.
Adam Joseph Dykens, 26, will remain in custody until a court appearance Friday where he will face several charges, including two counts of carrying a concealed weapon.
Officers arrested Dykens without incident after security search his backpack as he tried to enter the event at the Jewish Community Centre.
