+15 maintenance up to building owners

Building owners in the city are being reminded if a +15 walkway is attached to their structure, they are responsible for the cost of its up keep.
Those walkways that are designed to protect pedestrians from rain and snow are often struck by large loads passing underneath.
The +15s are routinely inspected and if damage is spotted, repairs are ordered.
City News reports so far this year, there have been five such investigations.
