Tim Hortons exec making millions off of merger

These kinds of numbers would make ol’ Timmy blush.
Marc Caira, the CEO of Tim Hortons could walk away with more than $15-million as a result of the merger between the company and American fast food giant Burger King.
The Globe and Mail reports other executives are also poised to make millions off the deal.
Officials with the companies said there will be some changes coming to their executive structure when the deal closes.
