Two charged in weekend kidnapping

Police have charged two men, after another man was abducted at gunpoint over the weekend.
The victim called 9-1-1 around 6:30 a.m. Saturday, and told operators he was in a car, trying to get away from someone who had forced him into a residence against his will.
Investigators believe the victim was lured to a home on Pinewood Drive SE, where his hands and feet were tied.
Later that morning, he was able to escape.
Police say the incident wasn’t random, and they believe it was the result of a personal dispute.
Ahmad Feraidoon Safari, 19 and Zharif Safari, 18 are facing a long list of charges, including kidnapping, assault with a weapon and forcible confinement.
