Veterans Food Drive launches

A big effort begins this weekend to help veterans and seniors in need.
The 9th Annual Veterans Food Drive kicks off on Sunday and continues until Remembrance Day.
David Howard, President of the Canadian Legacy Project, says recently retired military personal often look to the oil patch for work, but not much is available these days.
He says, as a result, the need is much greater this year.
Cash and food donations can be dropped off at Crown Surplus on 11 Street SE in Inglewood.
