Man stabbed in city’s northeast

One man is in hospital recovering, after a stabbing Sunday night.

It happened around 7:30 p.m. in the area of Memorial Drive and 52 Street NE.

Police say they are looking for an unknown number of suspects at this point, and the victim is cooperating with the investigation.

Fortunately for the victim, he received non-life threatening wounds.

Police aren’t sure yet if this was a targeted or random attack.
