Good samaritan prevents armed robbery in High River

A quick thinking bystander foiled an attempted armed robbery in High River.
RCMP say a 7-Eleven in the town was held up shortly before 10 p.m. Monday, by a man armed with a knife.
After demanding money from the cashier, police say someone in the store shoved him into the door.
The would-be robber then fled the scene on foot without any cash.
The RCMP believes he was working with two other men.
The suspect was wearing a white mask, light blue jeans, white running shoes, and a fluorescent orange construction jacket with a reflective strip.
He appeared to be in his mid-twenties, medium build, and about 6′ tall.
