New high-rise opening downtown

A big office tower officially opens Monday in downtown Calgary.

The 36 storey high-rise has 853,000 square feet of space and Cadillac Fairview says it’s already 92-per cent leased.

The event at the building called Calgary City Centre starts at 3 p.m.

The tower is located at 250 2 Street SW.
