A man dies after house fire in Mannville

A man has died following a house fire in Mannville, Alberta.
Vermilion RCMP and the Mannville Fire Department responded to the scene on Thursday where they found the man alone inside.
STARS then transported the victim to The University of Alberta Hospital where he later died from his injuries.
As a precaution RCMP members evacuated the surrounding homes until the blaze was put out.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
