Weather to keep Albertans on their toes

Environment Canada says expect more instability in the coming days.
With two confirmed tornados in the province and two probable twisters, it was a busy long weekend.
Meteorologist Kirk Torneby said things aren’t going to calm down until Wednesday, at the earliest.
“Instability, moisture at the ground being able to fuel the storms,” he said. “We’re also talking about wind shear, which helps to organize these storms in a certain way.”
Torneby added, Alberta has seen the right recipe leading to tornadic activity across the province. Even with four events these past few days, he said that’s typical for Alberta which typically sees fifteen in the summer season.
