Mounties look for missing 18-year-old in High River

RCMP are looking to the public for help in locating a missing man.
Cosmos Lowingali, 18 was last seen on February 3.
He is Sudanese, approximately 5’10” tall, and 170 pounds.
Cosmos has short black hair, brown eyes, wears braces, and has a scar above his left eyebrow.
He was wearing blue jeans, black NIKE runners, and a heavy black jacket.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Cosmos Lowingali is asked to call the High River RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
