Child Porn Charges Laid After ICE Receives Tip from Australia

RED DEER (660 NEWS) – RCMP have arrested a Central Alberta man on child porn charges after getting a tip from Police in Australia.

ALERT’S Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) made the arrest after receiving tips from Task Force Argos, a specialized online child exploitation unit of the Queensland Police Service in Australia.

The task force shared information about an Alberta suspect who was allegedly involved in trading child pornography images online.

34-year-old Christopher Juneau of Eckville has been charged with making, possessing and accessing child pornography and voyeurism.
