CALGARY (660 NEWS) – The southwest riding of Calgary-Glenmore will have a new MLA after this spring’s election.
MLA Anam Kazim lost the contested NDP nomination in Calgary-Glenmore on Sunday to small business owner Jordan Stein.
Kazim won the seat in Glenmore in 2015, defeating Progressive Conservative Linda Johnson by just six votes, following a recount.
Stein is described as a dedicated volunteer in her community and an advocate for healthcare and workers.
