Cranston Sobeys sells out of special cupcakes

CALGARY (660 NEWS) — Sobeys in Cranston has raised more than $25,000 for Jasmine Lovett and her daughter Aliyah Sanderson.
On Facebook, they said they had sold out of the pink, purple and white cupcakes in just three days.
“We are truly blessed to say we are apart of this magnificent community and city. Thank you, Cranston for your generous support,” they wrote on Facebook.
The store sold more than 4,000 six-packs of cupcakes and 100 per cent of the proceeds will go to help the family cover funeral costs for the mother and daughter.
