Hitmen lose to Rebels on Teddy Bear night

CALGARY ( 660 NEWS ) – The Calgary Hitmen fell in overtime to the Red Deer Rebels 3-2.
Carson Focht scored first for the Hitmen just over a minute into the game.
The Teddy Bear toss began and lead to a 43-minute game delay.
It was a scoreless second period, but the Hitmen netted another one to make it 2-0 at the start of the third period.
The Rebels would answer right back and score two goals to tie it up.
Josh Tarzwell scored minutes into overtime to complete the comeback.
The total attendance for Teddy Bear night at the Saddledome was 17,346.
Calgary Hitmen have 5 days off before hosting the Edmonton Oil Kings at home on Friday.
