Calgary police look to identify robbery suspect

CALGARY (660 NEWS) — Calgary police are looking to the public for help in identifying one person involved in a robbery back earlier this year.

On August 25 just before noon, one man entered the TD Canada Bank located on Saddletowne Circle N.E.

He proceeded to hand the bank teller a note saying he was armed and demanded money, though no weapon was visible to the teller.

The teller complied with the man’s orders and he left the bank on a bike with an unknown amount of money.

The suspect is described as Indigenous, in his late 30s, 5’10, with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, a red shirt with a blank tank top underneath, blue jeans and white runners.

Police are also looking to identify the driver of a silver Acura that was in the area at the time and is believed to be connected to the robbery.
