Calgary Police arrest three people in deadly hit and run

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – Calgary Police say they have arrested three people involved in a deadly hit and run that took place early Wednesday morning that killed one teen.
The crash occurred around 2:30 a.m. in the area around 16 Avenue and 52 Street NE.
Police say a sedan ran an SUV off the road.

One teen was pronounced dead at the scene, while two other people were taken to hospital as a precaution.
An autopsy of the teen was done Thursday, however, the name of the victim will not be released as they are a minor.
The cause of death has not yet been confirmed.
The traffic and homicide units continue to investigate.
