ADDISON, Texas (AP) _ Transatlantic Petroleum Ltd. (TAT) on Wednesday reported a loss of $24 million in its first quarter.
The Addison, Texas-based company said it had a loss of 38 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 22 cents per share.
The oil and gas company posted revenue of $8.4 million in the period.
In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, the company’s shares hit 36 cents. A year ago, they were trading at 80 cents.
