Over eleven hundred new COVID-19 cases, 25 additional deaths

EDMONTON (660 NEWS) – The province is reporting 1,123 new COVID-19 cases over the last 24 hours.
As of Wednesday afternoon, there are 13,450 active cases throughout the province. The Edmonton zone is leading in active cases with 5,673, while the Calgary zone has 4,706.

Twenty-five more Albertans have died from COVID-19 related complications. The death toll in the province is now at 1,193.
Nine hundred and eleven people are in the hospital with 141 in the ICU.
A total of 92,858 people have recovered from COVID-19.
