Internet outage for some residents in Calgary’s downtown, the Beltline and Sunalta

Some neighbourhoods in Calgary have been without cable and internet since early Sunday morning.

Residents in the Beltline, Sunalta and some downtown households lost internet, television, and home phone services due to a Shaw outage.

Some businesses were affected as well.

The first reports of outages came in around 6 a.m. Sunday.

Technicians were still working to fix the problem by 1 p.m. The company expected repairs to take a few more hours.
