Calgary man dies in collision near Bar U Ranch intersection

Police say a man from Calgary died in a motor vehicle collision near the Bar U Ranch intersection, about 100 kilometres southwest of Calgary.
RCMP in Turner Valley say it happened shortly before 4 p.m. on June 9, when a motorcycle left the road one kilometre south of Highway 540 on Highway 22.
The motorcyclist, a 72-year-old Calgary man, died at the scene.
Anyone with dash cam footage or who may have witnessed the collision is asked to come forward.
