Alberta nurse charged with sexual assault: Three Hills RCMP

A nurse has been arrested and charged in connection with a sexual assault complaint in Three Hills, near Red Deer.

According to the RCMP, officers received a complaint alleging a nurse sexually assaulted a patient in exchange for money and prescription medication on July 27.

Mounties say 42-year-old Christopher Mah is facing three charges, including extortion and breach of trust.

Mounties add Mah has now been released from custody and is set to appear at the Drumheller Provincial Court on Dec. 9.

While the investigation is ongoing, Three Hills RCMP is asking anyone with information to call 403-443-5539, or leave a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
