Snow has continued to fall in Calgary, creating poor road conditions that have led to crashes and icy conditions.
The city saw around 14 centimetres Friday night and continued snowfall on Monday, with light snow that is continuing to impact roads.
According to 511 Alberta, Highway 2 is partly covered in snow, with some icy, slippery conditions.

Environment and Climate Change Canada says temperatures will remain in the low negatives but will start to warm up by Thursday with a high of -3 C. Friday and the weekend will be around 6 C.
It says Monday is going to be at a high of -7 C and -17 C with windchill. Winds are blowing around 20 kilometres an hour.
A polar vortex was a cause of concern for Calgarians, but it was reported by CityNews Meteorologist Michael Kuss that Calgary and central Alberta were just “on the fringes.”

Kuss said the cold will be short-lived, with temperatures climbing back up throughout the week.
Meanwhile, there are extreme cold warnings throughout Ontario and Manitoba, and some regions in southern and northern Saskatchewan also have warnings.
