A Calgary bar owner is facing more sexual assault charges after additional victims came forward, police say.

Grant Lee Cichacki, who has connections to several restaurants and bars in the city, was initially charged with one count of sexual assault of an employee in October.

Police said at the time of those charges, that an employee of a restaurant and bar on 17 Avenue SW went to a social function with their boss on Dec. 27, 2022.

Later that evening, she was taken to a downtown home where she reportedly lost consciousness, and investigators believe she was subjected to unwanted, non-consensual sexual acts.
