Parent was wanted on warrants for failing to comply with a court order and failing to attend court.

He has a history of sexual assault convictions, including a 1987 attack against a woman in her own home and an offence against a child.

The warrants for the 65-year-old were connected to a previous conviction for sexually motivated offences.
