Calgary police searching for couple who robbed SE mall, tried to hit security with car

Calgary police are looking for a couple of suspects after a robbery at Southcentre Mall Thursday night.
Police told CityNews that a man and a woman stole from Aritzia and then made a run for it.
They also said that when security tried to stop the thieves in the car, they swerved towards the workers, in what’s believed to have been an attempt to hit them.
Police continue their search for the suspects.
CPS adds that the getaway vehicle used was a silver, older caravan with tinted windows.
Anyone that may have information on the incident is asked to contact police.
