Calgary Stampede drops 2024 Nashville North headliners

The start of the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth is a little over 10 weeks away, and more star-studded names have been added to the list of various musical headliners.

Nashville North, the party tent on location at the Stampede grounds that has free entry with admission to the park, announced some of its acts Tuesday.

The party will kick off with The Washboard Union on July 4 and wrap up with hometown girl Lindsay Ell on July 14.

In between time, the stage will host Tyler Joe Miller, Owen Riegling, Brothers Osborne, Ashley McBryde, Megan Moroney, Josh Ross, James Barker Band, Brian Kelly, and Jackson Dean.

Other artists set to grace the stage include Madeline Merlo, Drew Gregory, Dani Strong, and more.

Music is a significant part of the Calgary Stampede alongside the rodeo and grandstand show, pancake breakfasts, midway rides, and parade.

Several acts have already announced shows at the Scotiabank Saddledome during the 10-day festival.

Alberta-born rock band Nickelback will play the Dome on Sunday, July 14, following in the footsteps of the Jonas Brothers on July 13, Miranda Lambert on July 12, and Mötley Crüe on July 11.

The 2024 Calgary Stampede runs from July 5-14.
