There was a heavy police presence in southeast Calgary on Wednesday afternoon as officers searched an industrial property.
Calgary police tell CityNews they have executed a search warrant at a property in the Valeyfield industrial park near 25 Street SE and 49 Avenue SE.
CPS says the search is related to an investigation being led by District 4 but shared no other details.
Nearby residents are being advised of a large police presence in the area.
Police say there is no threat to public safety.
The same lot was the scene of a deadly carbon monoxide poisoning in the spring of 2023 where two people and two dogs died.
