No injuries after bullet fired into SW Calgary home

Calgary police were called to the city’s southwest Monday evening, after they say a single gunshot was fired into a residence.

Calgary police are investigating after a single gunshot was fired into a home in the city’s southwest Monday evening.

Investigators say it happened shortly before 9 p.m. near 18 Street and 27 Avenue SW.

The resident was home at the time of the incident but wasn’t hurt.

Police believe the shooting was targeted.

No suspects have been identified.
