Man taken to hospital after stabbing in downtown Calgary

Calgary police are investigating after a man was stabbed in the city’s downtown core Tuesday morning.

Investigators say it happened around 8:15 a.m. on 6 Avenue and 4 Street SW.

The victim was left with non-life threatening injuries and taken to hospital in stable condition.

Police say there are no suspects in custody at this time.

An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
