By CityNews Staff

Calgary police say three people are in custody and another is still on the loose after multiple break-ins in the Evergreen area Wednesday evening.

It happened just after 10 p.m. when a investigators allege a vehicle with several suspects drove through Evergreen before dropping them off at homes they then entered and stole from.

Shortly after, officers stopped a vehicle with three suspects, including the driver. While three were taken into custody, one was rushed to the hospital for an “unrelated” issue before being apprehended.

Another fled and remains outstanding.

Meanwhile, a blue recyclable bag is believed to be somewhere listed on a map provided by investigators. They ask anyone who happens to find it not to touch it, but to report it to police.
