Water logged: Macleod partial shut down

A water main break shut down a portion of southbound Macleod Trail in southeast Calgary.

Police say it happened around 12:30 a.m. Thursday,  adding that drivers should take another route while crews fix the area of roadway between 109th Ave. and Anderson Road.

The city’s website reports a single home was affected by the service disruption.

There’s no word yet on what caused the break.
