Good samaritan helps rescue boys who fell through ice

Two boys were rescued Monday night after falling through some ice at Valley View Park in West Dover.
Firefighters found the two boys, who are about 10 years old, near the pond wet and shivering.
A passerby had pulled them to safety using a rope.
Crews are reminding the public to take caution, because the ice is thin.
