NDP candidate sign vandalized in Calgary-Skyview

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – Supporters of a Calgary election candidate are horrified after a campaign sign was vandalized.
Gurinder Singh Gill who is running for the NDP in Calgary-Skyview had one of his signs spray-painted with the words ‘Go back MF’.
A picture of the vandalized sign was put on Twitter and reaction has already poured in.
One user called the act “absolutely horrible and disgusting” while another said “This is totally disgusting, regardless of your political preference. People who do this don’t have any respect for our democratic process.”
On his Facebook page, Singh Gill thanked his supporters for denouncing the vandalism.
“These incidents will not stop #TeamGill from building a better community and Canada for all.”
