Bow Valley College to require students, staff be vaccinated against COVID-19

CALGARY – Bow Valley College will be requiring COVID-19 vaccinations for all students and staff.
Effective Oct. 22, everyone on the campus will have to be fully immunized, with proof of vaccination uploaded through an online tool.
This means second doses must be administered by Oct. 8 to account for the two weeks required for the dose to take effect.
Anyone who does not get fully vaccinated must be tested for the virus every week, with more details to come soon on that program
SAIT and Mount Royal University both have similar protocols in place requiring vaccinations, while the University of Calgary does not.
