Missing Calgary woman last seen nearly two weeks ago at downtown bank

Calgary police are looking for a woman last seen on Dec. 5, 2024 in downtown Calgary.

Police are asking for help finding a woman who was last seen at a downtown Calgary bank nearly two weeks ago.

Calgary police say 53-year-old Rumi is new to the city and was last seen at the RBC branch on 8 Avenue SW near 3 Street around 9:50 a.m. on Dec. 5.

Her family and friends have not heard from her since Dec. 4 and police say it is not normal for her to be out of contact for this long.

She is described as 5’4″ tall, 114 lbs. with a slim build, brown eyes and black hair.

Anyone with information is being urged to call police at 403-266-1234, or CrimeStoppers anonymously.
