Two rushed to hospital in serious collision northwest of Calgary

Two people–one in life-threatening condition–have been rushed to hospital following a serious vehicle collision northwest of Calgary Thursday.

EMS says they took them from the scene at Lochend Road and Highway 567 near Big Hill Springs Road in Rocky View County just after 11:30 a.m.

Highway 567 at Highway 766, northeast of Cochrane, was closed, but it has since reopened. Cochrane RCMP were on the scene redirecting traffic amid their investigation.
