Calgary police are out with composite sketches of two men believed to be responsible for a break and enter at a northeast home this summer.

Investigators say on Monday, July 7, just after 3 a.m., the victims were asleep in their house on Greenview Drive NE when more than one person broke in.

The victims saw two men outside their house, police add. One suspect was on the balcony and another was standing below the balcony.

Both immediately left the scene when confronted.

When officers arrived, they searched the area but weren’t able to find the suspects.

Evidence led police to believe the suspects had broken into the home.

Calgary police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the pair.

The first suspect is described as a man in his late 20s with a medium skin tone, between 5’6″ and 5’7″ tall, around 130 pounds, with a slim build, brown eyes, and black hair.

He was last seen carrying a red or brown flat, structured backpack with leather straps and beige piping.

The second suspect is described as a man in his mid 20s with a light skin tone, between 5’10” and 6’2″ tall, around 185 pounds, with wide shoulders, a slim build, blue eyes, and dark brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a white shirt with a design on the front and long cargo shorts or pants.

Anyone with information about the incident or the identity of the suspects is asked to contact police at 403-266-1234 or tip anonymously through CrimeStoppers.
