Postal worker charged after gift card theft

A Canada postal worker has been charged with theft after stealing gift cards from the mail.
44-year-old Angela Scott was arrested in December after being caught on tape trying to use one of the stolen cards.
She also had two other gift cards in her possession and later admitted to using others over the past few months.
Scott worked at the city’s main sorting depot, but Canada Post tells CTV she no longer works there.
She’s scheduled to make her first court appearance this month.
