Calgary man charged with wife’s murder in India

A Calgary man has been charged with murder in India.

Sixty-year-old Gurdial Singh is accused of killing his wife, Ranjit, and injuring one of the couple’s sons when a heated argument over a wedding got out of control.

Reports out of India say the woman was slashed with a sword.
