Dog owners lined up in hopes of getting their pooch a coveted gig as a “Fido” dog.
Fido held a casting call on Saturday at Eau Clair Market looking for Canada’s perfect pooch to star in an upcoming ad.
Julie who brought “Whistler” a Collie tells 660News why she thinks she could be the next face of Fido, “She’s amazing. She is very loving and she’s learning agility.”
All the dogs were treated like celebrities, they were given treats and dog bandana’s before heading to a white backdrop to have their picture taken.
The event partners with Dog Guides Canada to support Canadians living with disabilities.
