Encana Family Skate for Toy Mountain

The Encana Family Skate for Toy Mountain is back at Heritage Park.

Santa Claus and a few of his reindeer will be on hand as 660News sister station Lite 95.9 builds Toy Mountain.

It’s the city’s largest toy drive in support of the Salvation Army’s Family Assistance Program.

Toys are given to children who otherwise may not have any this Christmas.

You can bring a new, unwrapped toy to Heritage Park in exchange for free skating at the all-weather rink.

There will be face painting, hot chocolate and cookies and your donation also gets you free admission to Gasoline Alley Museum.

The family skate goes from 11:00 a.m until 2:00 p.m. Saturday.
