Anti-oilsands ad in Globe and Mail

A full-page ad in The Globe and Mail Wednesday is calling for Canada to “change course” away from tar sands expansion.
The ad is supported by numerous African leaders including Nobel Peace laureate, Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
It says climate change is a life and death issue in Africa and that Canada should be a leader in clean energy, like it used to be in human rights and environmental protection.
The ad is also supported by Greenpeace Canada, and Sierra Club U.S.
