Bomb squad called to Parliament Hill

OTTAWA – Some scary moments on Parliament Hill, Friday morning.

The RCMP Bomb Squad was called in after reports that a House of Commons truck parked behind the building had started beeping.

Centre Block was evacuated as a precaution.  The all clear was given by 9:30 a.m. and everyone has been allowed back inside.
