The Sally Ann is wasting no time getting into the holiday spirit.
Nearly one thousand have signed up for today’s Salvation Army Santa Shuffle Fun Run And Elf Walk.
Calgarians are invited to help reach the goal of dignity for all and dress in their quirkiest Christmas costumes to take part in the festivities which kick off at 9:00AM.
Live music courtesy of the Glenmore Temple Band will fill the air at Eau Claire Market as our Western Champion Calgary Stampeders hob knob with young and old alike.
Goodlife Fitness leads the warm up pre-race and Santa will be handing out medals to all participants who cross the finish line.
The colourful race that started in Edmonton 22 years ago now takes place in 39 cities across the country.
